Designed and carried out a sampling program to collect information on seabed biological communities and contaminants on Sable Island Bank in the vicinity of proposed well sites as a basis for EEM design. The project included analysis of composition and abundance of biological communities, assessment of statistical properties of data, and maintenance of a computer database of biological and chemical data.

Sampled sediments for contaminants, physical characteristics and seabed animal communities at 60 stations in Saint John Harbour and environs. The study analyzed animal communities to determine distribution, biological measures, and relationships with sediments and dredge material.
